For added convenience and security, badges were delivered to delegates ahead of the event through courier integration. This reduced onsite queues and ensured that every attendee had their credentials in hand before arriving in Dubai.
Delegates collected badges at multiple registration points across Dubai, including the main venue and satellite locations. Instant badge printing was combined with RFID kiosks and mobile scanners to validate credentials, manage session access, and track attendance in real time.
Organisers used a real-time dashboard with custom reports to monitor registrations, session attendance, and overall delegate engagement. The system also supported secure access management for VIPs, heads of state, and government officials, ensuring a safe and smooth event experience.
